ANY REQUESTS: Need to be given ahead of time such as any free weights, jump rope, kettle bells..etc. I have had this problem in the past and I cannot accommodate anyone who wants certain exercise equipment at the last minute or while driving to you and magically make it appear.
I LOVE MEMBERS- who belong to Preferred411, Date-Check, and RS2K. They make my heart beat faster, blood- pumping, fist action goodness and you can make a workout or dance instruction appointment faster. No same-day appointments ever, unless we have seen each other before. I verify all of my new training clients.
