ETIQUETTE- is very important to me and I tend to cater to an elite upscale array of very choosy gentleman who only want to be treated better than a significant other, their current dance partner or personal trainer treats them in their personal life.
PERSONAL HYGIENE- I just love soap and water and so should you (shower and brushing teeth) is a must before any workout, gym or dance instruction appoinment. Why would you ever go on an appoinment without preparing yourself for the Best Impression. First Impressions are OH So very important. If you smoke brush your teeth before we meet.
ATTITUDE- come for a great time, be positive, leave your attitude at the door, forget your personal and business stresses. I tend not to talk about religion and politics during my lessons and sessions. You can watch the news for that. I am not 420 friendly, I cannot be around it.
MEDICATIONS- Please if you have any issues w/ male performance please take your vitamins. I am a younger personal trainer and dance instructor and have such a higher level of energy than most. You will be in for a great and memorable experience.
DRINKING- I do not do any drinking til after 7pm or later. My fist drink of the day is usually water. I will be happy with just bottled water, chilled or not (I really couldn't care). PLEASE do not offer me TAP WATER, you do not want to drink the water here...ICKY...I am a bottled water drinker for my health, that's why I look so good and my face is smooth and flawless. I would like to keep my liver. I DO NOT DO DRUGS/NOT 420 FRIENDLY!!! IF I SMELL IT, SEE IT, THINK I SEE IT, I LEAVE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!
